You’ll provide invaluable support and mentorship, guiding the next generation of agricultural professionals as they build the skills to succeed in this vital industry in the Gippsland region.
About you
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual with expertise in one or more of the following areas: pasture management, agribusiness, agricultural machinery (tractors, quad bikes, ATV & cropping) and practical farm skills.
The ideal candidate will bring a proactive, confident approach, complemented by excellent interpersonal and communication skills that allow you to build strong relationships with both students and industry stakeholders. You’ll be adept at using your expertise to inspire and support students while maintaining connections with the broader agricultural community.
You will possess strong ICT skills, a solid understanding of training packages, and a keen awareness of compliance and quality standards. A collaborative team player, you’ll thrive in a dynamic, supportive environment, and have a track record of training, mentoring, and guiding trainees in the workplace.
