  • Temporary employment for a period up to 30 June 2025
  • Full time role & 35 hour working week
  • Attractive annual salary $94,552 - $104,329 p.a. plus 11.5% superannuation

What You’ll be doing:

Following the recent implementation of the Area Training Plan, Area Western successfully collaborates across 7 Districts to coordinate the Area training calendar to provide expanded learning & development opportunities for volunteers and staff. A rewarding opportunity now exists to further support implementation through contribution to continuous improvement practices; providing SME advice and support; and coordination and development of training.

To thrive in this role, you will have:

  • Exceptional customer service & interpersonal skills, able to communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of
    stakeholders to achieve positive learning outcomes
  • A strong applied understanding of learning & development within the RFS, and ASQA RTO compliance requirements
