Selected Duties:
- Deliver dynamic and inclusive face to face classes
- Offer assistance and support online for blended delivery
- Ability to perform assessments of entry level student work
- Develop course material and curriculum
- Provide expert advice and support to a dynamic cohort of students.
ABOUT YOU
Skills & Experience
- Dynamic expertise in Accounting and Bookkeeping with experience in bookkeeping programs such as MYOB, Zero or Quickbooks.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Exceptional ability to inspire TAFE students and clients, leveraging a deep understanding of diverse learning theories and styles to create impactful learning experiences.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills that foster engaging connections and collaboration.
- Strong organisational skills with a knack for planning and meeting deadlines, ensuring every project is completed with excellence!
- A keen insight into the unique challenges and opportunities within TAFE teaching, ready to make a meaningful impact.
- Versatile team player with the ability to thrive independently, balancing initiative and collaboration to achieve shared goals.
