Teacher - Work Education

 

Do you enjoy providing a blend of foundational and vocational training in both simulated and real workplace environments to better equip learners to enter the workforce and/or undertake further studies?

Our vibrant Work Education program delivery team seeks motivated individuals with expertise, relevant industry qualifications, and experience to teach in the special education field.

 Skills & attributes for success in this role

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122/TAE40116) or equivalent
  • Industry qualifications to enable you to teach across Certificate II in Work Education and Certificate II in Transition Education
  • Current knowledge, relevant skills and demonstrable expertise in teaching in the special education field and permission to teach

Employment opportunity

Part Time 0.8FTE (30.4 hours per week) ongoing

Salary

Teacher L1.1 to L1.2 (AQF4) $78,564 to $83,429 p.a. (pro rata)

Teacher L2.1 to L2.3 (AQF5) $85,169 to $93,961 p.a. (pro rata)

Teacher L3.1 to L3.4 (AQF6+) $99,983 to $111,391 p.a. (pro rata)

Superannuation is paid at the current superannuation guarantee rate.
