The Taiwan Australia Alumni Association has kicked off a new calendar of events for Australians studying in Asia.

The TAAA has held a short careers seminar followed by a ‘Welcome Back’ dinner in honour of returning Australian alumni.

The event was aimed at recent and past graduates, with talks on entering the job market and exciting opportunities for Australians in Taiwan, the dinner portion provided opportunities for alumni to network in a relaxed setting. In a packed events program, the TAAA arranged a series of activities and games to challenge alumni on their knowledge of Australia.

The recent dinner is a precursor to a large Australian Alumni Gala Dinner, to be held on 4 October at the W Hotel Grand Ballroom in Taipei, in conjunction with the 2013 Australian Future Unlimited Education Exhibition.
