Flinders University seeks a professor/associate professor in nursing to provide leadership in education, research and nursing practices in the area of Global Health.

The primary focus of this position will be to provide leadership in the ongoing development of education, research and practice.  

The incumbent will also advance the School of Nursing & Midwifery in its reputation as a centre of excellence in education and research, both nationally and internationally, and advance the development of the discipline of nursing.

Applicants will hold a PHD or EdD (or research equivalent) in nursing or a relevant field with recognition of academic standing as an eminent authority in the discipline and distinction at the national (and where appropriate) international level. They will have an established international reputation and track record in research as evidenced in publications, success in attracting competitive grants and supervision of PhD students.
